When Green is Green is Green
The motivation for writing is blog comes from a recent conversation that I had with a wine buyer friend who asked me if I could clearly and succinctly explain the varying shades of green (read- organic, sustainable, or biodynamic) in the world of wine. As he wanted to be correct in his wine list speak, he asked if there as a clean and easy explanation.
